Affiliations with Education, Manufacturing and Labor Communities

The Center for Manufacturing Technology has affiliations with some important members of the education, manufacturing and labor community. Presently we are licensed by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) to operate a Private Occupational School. All of our Instructors are NIMS certified in their respective discipline and the Center for Manufacturing Technology is in the process of becoming a NIMS (The National Institute for Metalworking Skills) certified training facility.

In the manufacturing community we have affiliations with the BTMA (Boston Tool and Machining Association) and the NTMA (National Tooling and Machining Association).

The Center for Manufacturing Technology is registered with Training Pro which is a service of the Division of Career Services (DCS) and the Division of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) in the state of Massachusetts. One the principals of the Center for Manufacturing Technology are a member of the board for the Massachusetts Workforce Investment Board.
