Massachusetts Advanced Manufacturing Collaborative (AMC) Survey

Graduating Class

Governor Patrick and the Massachusetts Advanced Manufacturing Collaborative (AMC) have issued a survey for all Massachusetts manufactures to help the Commonwealth better understand our business needs.
In the cover letter issued by Governor Patrick, he states the following:

"I am pleased with the progress the AMC is making and I am grateful for the active participation of many manufacturers in our discussions and projects. We have created five Working Committees: Promoting Manufacturing; Workforce and Education; Technology and Innovation; Business Costs; and Access to Capital. Those working groups have already identified steps we can take right now to strengthen and expand manufacturing.
Presently, AMC is engaging in an important effort to collect feedback from businesses across the Commonwealth. We are issuing a survey to be completed by manufacturers to better understand our businesses’ current needs, the barriers they face, and what our Commonwealth can do to help. A survey of this type was carried out in 2007 and helped us emphasize the importance and facilitate the growth of manufacturing in Massachusetts."

Let’s make sure that the Governor and his team hear directly from all of the manufacturers in the Commonwealth. The survey is available on-line at this address: www.zoomerang.com/Survey/WEB22ESA3GZB6J Please note that the address is case sensitive.
